How much does a digital twin cost? Digital Twin Pro and Business

There are two plans with a published price and a third one tailored to each case. Prices are annual, in euros and exclude VAT: the tax is added at checkout. This table sets out the terms published in the plans section of the Digital Twin by Legathum page.

List price: €2,990 a year, excluding VAT, for one professional. That is the figure shown on the Pro purchase page, with "+ VAT" next to it.

The third plan, Enterprise, has no public price. It is designed for platforms and companies with many professionals that want to build twins into their own product. Integration through an API is in development, so that plan is discussed case by case in a meeting.

The plans section lists what each plan brings. Not all of it exists yet for each client's twin, and here we separate the two with the same rule we use across this blog: anything that has not been checked is not presented as available.

Put simply, today you buy a twin with your face, your voice and your Book of Criteria, set up with you by the Legathum team. You do not need your own AI subscription, because the brain and the voice run on the AI included in Legathum. Anything in development is labelled that way, without dates, until it has been checked.

They are the two plan terms that depend on use. Minutes of live twin are the time your twin spends serving people with its face and voice: Pro includes 300 a month and Business 1,500 a month, shared between the team's twins. Each minute above the allowance has a price of €0.49, excluding VAT.

The 10% is a commission on each sale made by the system. It is the other half of the pricing idea: you pay to have your twin all year, and a commission only when the system sells for you.

A note so that nobody is caught out: the minute counter for each plan, charging for extra minutes and recording sales made by the system are in development. The figures in the table are the published plan terms; how they are measured and charged will be explained once that exists.

With an annual payment, in euros, through Stripe. The process has four steps.

• 1. Purchase page: you give your name, your email and your company name, and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
• 2. Payment: it is taken by Stripe, with VAT calculated separately according to where your company is.
• 3. Account: after payment your account is created and you receive an email to set your password, with a link valid for seven days.
• 4. Set-up: the Legathum team is notified of your purchase and prepares the recording, the consent and the brain with you.

There is no set-up fee and no trial period. If you want to see it before paying, the way to do it is a 15-minute meeting with Deibson Silva, who takes those meetings in person.

Prices are published excluding VAT, and the tax is added at checkout according to where your company is.

The Spanish VAT Act requires the seller to pass the tax on to the buyer and to show it on the invoice separately from the taxable amount. That is why the list price and VAT are always kept apart, and on the purchase page the price appears with "+ VAT" next to it.

Whether the VAT you pay is deductible for you depends on your business, and your accountant will confirm that, not us.

Without made-up figures. We cannot tell you how much you will sell or how many hours you will get back, because that depends on your business and on what your twin can do today, which is what the table above shows. What you can do is look at your own diary with three questions.

• 1. The repetition: how many hours of your week go on explaining the same thing to different people, in first conversations or in questions that always have the same answer.
• 2. The written part: how much of the way you decide you could write down today as clear rules in a Book of Criteria, each with its source.
• 3. What is not delegated: which part of your work will remain yours alone, even with a twin.

If the first answer is small and the third is almost all of your work, it is probably not the right moment. If it is the other way round, it is worth talking about.

The number of people. Pro is one twin for one professional. Business is for a team in which each professional has their own twin, up to five, with shared minutes and a fixed price for each twin beyond that.
